Greatly enjoyed the place, had a fantastic stay on multiple nights. It had marvellous location minutes away from a medieval bricked square...

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, as it is in the center of town and just a stone's throw away from the main square, Piazza del Campo. it is easy to find via taxi from the station. the room and bathroom were spacious and modern, with a nice, roomy shower. the staff was friendly and the Wifi worked well.

The access to the building was a bit random and the check-in time was quite late, which was not very convenient.

The room had a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, and a convenient writing desk and kettle; it was also located in the center of the city, which was very convenient.

This hotel was located in the heart of the city and everything was within easy walking distance. The cleanliness was excellent and the hotel facilities were excellent. Transportation was easy, with easy access to bus stations. The staff were friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased that the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi and a kettle for tea and coffee making. the location was ideal, just a minute away from the main piazza and easily accessible to restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious, modern, and the bathroom was clean.

The hotel did not offer breakfast and the toiletries provided were limited. entering the hotel required multiple keys which was a bit of a hassle.
